Dhruval Shah is an extensively trained Psychotherapist, De-Addiction Specialist, and ISTDP (Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy) Practitioner. With a comprehensive background in mental health and addiction treatment, Dhruval has acquired a wealth of knowledge and experience that spans various therapeutic modalities. His expertise in psychodynamic therapy, particularly ISTDP, enables him to address deep-seated emotional issues and facilitate rapid, transformative change in his clients.
