Dr. Ankita Shah

Dr. Ankita Shah is a consultant psychiatrist in Ahmedabad. She was a senior resident at GMERS Sola Civil Hospital, Ahmedabad from 2014 to 2017. She completed her MBBS and DPM from B. J. Medical College Ahmedabad. She did her Internship from Civil Hospital in Ahmedabad, Gujarat University. And secured 1st rank in university for DPM. She went to Charusat University for her P.G.D.C.H ( Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy).

She received training in Geriatric Psychiatry at Lucknow. Conducted mental health camps (awareness and treatment) at various places in liaison with Blind People’s Association. Participated in various School Health Program for mental health organized by the Government. Specialized Parenting Seminars at various schools in Ahmedabad.

Her areas of Interest include Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Parenting and Applied Behaviour Analysis for Autism
